Greenwise is seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve our Milwaukee clients. Position Overview
This role is responsible for the design, sale, procurement, and installation of our landscape construction projects. This role is also responsible for all field operations, including crew management. Our landscape installations require attention to detail and quality workmanship, which starts with well-defined and ongoing training of our construction crews along with strong project management of the field work. This is a dynamic role that is equal parts client-facing sales and production management.
The primary tasks and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Design/installation sale process from initial consultation, design, site survey, and base map to presentation of proposal and sale
- Permit and construction drawings
- Scheduling
- Procurement
- Coordination of all phases of post-sale landscape construction activities and crew oversight as needed
- Planning and oversight of project timeline and budget
- Client communication
- Landscape Designer, Account Manager, and field staff communication
- Field staff training and quality assurance
- Subcontractor correspondence
- Creation of installation standards and training of foremen on the same
Below are the technical and job-specific skills that an ideal candidate will bring to this role:
- Extensive knowledge of construction building techniques, including (but not limited to): hardscapes, grading, drainage, and planting
- Expert in project management including developing and management of plans, budgets, and scopes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering, structural, grading, drainage, landscape and general construction drawings
- Willingness and ability to learn new software and estimating system (Aspire)
- AutoCAD or equivalent for creating landscape designs
- General knowledge of village codes and permitting processes and requirements
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Competence in all MS Office programs
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) would be helpful but not required

Note: The Construction Manager will be provided with a Greenwise vehicle to be used during work hours.
This is a full-time role, year-round. This includes participation in our snow removal services between November and March.
