We’ve always believed that our attention to customer service is one of our greatest assets (just behind not putting any chemicals down!). In our effort to continually improve your experience with Greenwise, we are excited to announce our new Client Relationship Management team.
Just in time for the spring season, we have a full team in place. Our goal is to ensure that you always have two dedicated customer service representatives at your disposal who know both you and your property.
Now, we have assigned territories, and every client relationship manager has a dedicated customer service representative working alongside them. That automatically gives you two consistent points of contact, so that when you have a question or need help, you know exactly who to call to get your answer.

Your Client Relationship Manager Team
Brian Dreher is our new client relationship manager for Chicago. He started his career with Greenwise as a landscape designer. Growing up on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Brian’s interests in plant propagation and architecture led him to study plant science with an emphasis in landscape design. Here in Chicago, Brian has worked on landscape design projects of all sizes, and has the expertise to help our clients with their lawn care needs.
Jarlene Acevedo is our customer service expert in the office for Chicago, as well as for our near western and northern suburbs. If you’ve spoken with Jarlene on the phone, I’m sure her effervescent spirit has come through. She has been with Greenwise just under a year, but she has already been a huge contributor and really cares about her customers.
Elmwood Park, Oak Park, River Forest
Our team for these three suburbs is Dan Klindera, Director of Sales, and Michelle Sartin, Administrative Manager.
For the past five years, Dan has been the general manager at Greenwise. As a licensed arborist with many years of experience under his belt, he can help you with any aspect of caring for your lawn.
Michelle Sartin, our administrative manager, helps Dan with this territory. Michelle’s warmth and genuine desire to help customers are huge aspects of her success for the past three years at Greenwise. With almost 10 years’ experience in the customer service area, you can be assured that Michelle will make each customer a priority.
Mike Annes is our newest client relationship manager. He has a long family history in the lawn care business, so he knows the ins and outs of taking care of your lawn. Together, Mike and Michelle will focus on Evanston.
Northshore (Wilmette to Lake Bluff)
Marc Wise is continuing his role as the client relationship manager for the north shore. As founder of Greenwise, Marc clearly has a wealth of knowledge about the organic lawn care industry that is unsurpassed.
Working alongside Marc is Brian Baillie. Brian may be new to Greenwise but he is definitely not new to customer service. Brian considers himself an interpersonal expert, which since he worked at Trader Joe’s for 10 years, we know must be true (everyone knows how friendly those guys are!). Brian’s goal is to deliver a professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly experience to every client.
Near Western & Northern Suburbs (From Lincolnwood to Buffalo Grove and all points in between)
Marcos Ayala has had a long career in the lawn care industry. He has been with Greenwise for the past few years as a supervisor in lawn care maintenance, so brings a lot of expertise in his new role as client relationship manager. Plus, he’s a certified landscape technician, so you can be assured his breadth of knowledge will have you covered.
Jarlene, our customer service representative, covers this territory with Marcos (her background is detailed above).
