Greenwise is seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve our Milwaukee

Position Overview

A Greenwise CRM is the main point of contact for our clients. In this role, you would manage
and sell all aspects of a property owner’s landscape needs including turf care, regular
maintenance, and enhancement work. CRMs work with our operations department and
horticulture manager; estimate, propose, and manage small projects; and act as liaisons between
our clients and crews to ensure our services are delivered with the highest quality. An ideal
candidate for this role is passionate about the environment, has a strong knowledge of lawn care
and horticulture, and possesses excellent communication skills.

The CRM will work closely with the Sales Manager, Client Relationship Administrators (CRA),
Landscape Designers, and the operations team for sale and execution of programs and projects.

At the start of this role, we envision this individual working collaboratively with and across
departments as part of the initial onboarding process. This will include training and on-site
experience with sales, operations, administration, and other aspects of the company's day-to-day operations. This could involve selling, estimating, supervising, and in certain cases, assisting crews with field work where needed.

The primary tasks and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Initial consultations, proposal presentation, and follow up meetings
  • Manage existing clients, both in green and snow seasons
  • Development of seasonal programs, including maintenance, turf, and snow removal
  • Annual contract renewals for landscape and snow programs
  • Client communication during and after proposals are presented
  • Meeting crews to start jobs as they are scheduled
  • Site checks for quality assurance on maintenance accounts and projects
  • Working with designers to convert projects clients to maintenance programs and vice versa

  • Proper landscape maintenance techniques
  • Basic knowledge of plant pathology and treatment options
  • Insect identification and knowledge of treatment options
  • Basic understanding of drainage and grading
  • Competence in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software and estimating (e.g. Aspire)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required

This is a full-time, in-person role. The CRM is expected to provide their own vehicle for sales appointments and commuting. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate.
