Although ecological landscaping topics sit at the forefront of our priorities here at Greenwise, we are dedicated most importantly to a sustainable future.  Our contributions to sustainability in the Chicago area have been organic lawn care services and sustainable landscaping, but that is not what we are here to blog about.  Sustainability comes in all shapes and sizes.  You may come across it at your local grocery store when faced with your choice of bag, in your garden when you are deciding what to plant, or when you are thinking about baby names.  The light bulb turns on for everyone at a different time.  It is unavoidable in a world of limited resources.  Once the flame flickers that light can guide us to a brighter future.  Thus, we want to hear about your flicker: When did your light bulb turn on? And by the way, Chem lawn ( I refuse to call them True Green ) just inquired about purchasing Greenwise. I bet you can imagine what we said. Greenwise is here to stay. We will be here to watch Chem Lawn crumble.... or even better Go Organic!
