Soil Builder Package (Aeration & Compost, Spring and/or Fall)

Slice Seeding Package: Seeding & Liquid Fertilizer
Slice seeding is a technique whereby we cut small furrows into your turf to ensure even dispersal and immediate seed-to-soil contact for our premium grass seed. This allows for better germination results, and in combination with our SeaGreen liquid fertilizer, your new grass will get off to a great start.

GreenLife Compost
GreenLife Compost supports a healthy ecosystem for your soil by giving it the living nutrients that it needs to support a thriving lawn. Aeration: Spring and/or Fall.

By oxygenating and loosening your soil through regular aeration, grass is able to develop deeper root systems that allow for hearty growth.

The EcoGreen Package (Applications: 3, Season: Spring and Fall)
The Eco-green granular fertilization package nourishes and supports your lawn from the roots up with three applications of our custom-blended turf formula.

The SeaGreen Package (Applications: 3, Season: Summer)
Greenwise has developed a unique liquid fertilizer designed to show quick results using all-natural ingredients from the sea. It deepens root growth, increases drought tolerance, nourishes your lawn with a complete array of trace minerals and nutrients, and contributes to a better soil environment.

  • When combined with slice-seeding, our SeaGreen formula significantly increases seed germination.

Corner Stone Weed Control (Granular): (Applications: 1, Season: Early Spring [April])
Corner Stone weed control not only suppresses weeds, but it is also acts as a great fertilizer. Rich with nitrogen- which gives your lawn the vibrant green we all love- our weed control also feeds your lawn naturally. It works by preventing seed germination for many weeds and is effective for approximately two months.

Summer Weed Suppressant (Liquid): (Applications: 2, Season: Summer)

Weed Removal: Season: as needed
Greenwise does not endorse selective chemical herbicides, so we approach your pesky weeds the old fashion way: plucking them by hand with our ‘speedy weedy’ tool and filling the hole with compost. For large weed patches, we remove the growth with a rake and then we encourage a spot seeding to fill in the gap.

Low Emissions, Low Noise Property Maintenance
Greenwise uses alternative energies and the lowest decibel, most efficient equipment (as certified by the EPA in all 50 states) to clean up and maintain your property on a weekly basis. Our methods ensure the good health and heartiness for your lawn, while at the same time reducing emissions and the noise associated with traditional ‘mow & blow’ services.

Clean Cut (weekly mowing service)
We use propane-powered, low emission mowers, trimmers, and blowers, to keep your lawn looking crisp and clean on a weekly basis. In order to ensure optimal grass health and heartiness, we cut at 3-3.5 inches and leave the clippings. This provides your turf with the ability to feed itself, retain moisture, and shade out pesky weeds.

Full Service Property Maintenance (mow, edge, pruning, weeding)
While our turf crew tidy your lawn weekly, our garden maintenance crew- lead by horticulturists and designers- will maintain your garden once per month. Proper pruning and weeding methods are employed to ensure that your plants receive appropriate trimming and weeding for their species and life cycle.

Spring Clean Up
To start the season right, Greenwise brings your property back to life by removing winter debris, edging beds and walkways, pruning, trimming, and generally cleaning up your space. A great way to embark on your organic program.

Fall Clean Up
Ending the season on the right note will make a huge difference for the spring. Greenwise will come in at the end of the season to remove leaves, prune/dead-head plants, and generally winterize the property so that you can enjoy future seasons of healthy, vibrant plant life.
