LEM - (Low Emissions Maintenance)
Greenwise uses the cleanest equipment in the industry. Our talented and attentive staff maintain your lawn using propane mowers that burn 8,000 time cleaner than your average mower and are designed to run indoors. When alternative fuels cannot be used, we rely on trim mowers and low-decibel blowers that are E.P.A certified by the astringent standards of the state of California. Our practices follow suit. We leave your property trimmed, edged and striped for an immaculate look that will make your neighbors want to hire us.

ZEM - (Zero Emissions Maintenance)
Greenwise is experimenting this year with lithium ion technology. We are the first use Bosch electric mowers that provide an excellent cut and have extended run times. We pull our equipment behind a little VW running on vegetable oil, meaning the entire service leaves no carbon footprint. This is a great way to reduce the environmental impact of your lawn and still have it look absolutely pristine.

Starting at $40 for the first 1000 sq. ft. and then an additional $10 per 1000 sq. ft.
This fleet can only service lawn of 3000 sq. ft. or less

Spring Clean Up
Now is the time to prepare your property for another spring season. Greenwise provides a custom clean up service that includes debris removal, spot seeding, edging, dead heading and light bed cultivation. We are happy to help with any other spring task on your list- from bringing out the patio furniture to cleaning your walks- just let us know what you need and we're happy to comply.

Fall Clean Ups
The leaves are falling and soon the ground will be snow-covered. It is time to send your debris to the compost pile, re-edge your beds, and manicure your lawn so that you can enjoy it for a few more weeks. We preform two fall cleanups. The first in early to mid November, and the last at the end of November before winter takes hold and the snow begins to fall.

Our Eco Green organic granular fertilization package lies at the heart of our program. Comprised of nutrient rich compost, essential minerals, molasses, yeast, and biologicals, this organic fertilizer builds healthy lawns from the ground up.

Sea Green Micro-Nutrient and Biological Spray - (3)
Packed with minerals, micro-nutrients, and natural growth stimulators, this liquid fertilization package yields fast results. It is a custom formulation of sea ingredients blended with natural micro-nutrients and mycorrhizae designed to treat soil imbalances, improve turf color, durability, drought tolerance, and disease resistance.

Prevention - (4) - Weed and Grub Management
This combination manages your turfs antagonists so that you can rest easy. Weed prevent stops weeds before they take root and improves the health of your soil with the benefits of all natural corn-based solution. Our grub prevention manages grubs naturally. This natural, non-toxic solution attracts microbes that feed on grub populations. We combine each application with Greenwise custom Sea Green liquid fertilizer for optimal turf health.

Turf Builder - (1) - Aeration, Over-seeding, Seed Starter

Over Seeding: Greenwise sustainable grass seed, enhanced with mycorrhizae, will add density and fresh growth to your turf. Mycorrhizae are beneficial fungi that strengthen and enhance turf health. Once applied, the mycorrhizae enhanced seed improves the overall health of your existing turf. Greenwise sustainable seed thrives in both sun and shade, has exceptional color and texture, requires far less water, is disease resistant, and tolerates heavy traffic.
Core Aeration: This service is very effective when done at the right time. Greenwise aerates for several reasons, primarily soil compaction and root density. Root growth occurs in the fall. This is also the most effective time to aerate. Fall root development takes advantage of the oxygen made available in the soil from aeration and the roots expand for a thicker lawn. A dense root structure reduces compaction and allows for better nutrient penetration. We combine our fall aeration with Greenwise Eco Green fertilization for nutrient availability at root level. Combining aeration and fall fertilization increases the impact of both services yielding impressive results. It also recommended in combination with over seeding because it increases seed to soil contact and results in higher germination rates. Although most effective in fall, for very compact soil it is also recommended in the spring in combination with spring fertilization and/or over seeding.

Our Slice seeder embeds grass seed into furrows formed by cylindrical blades to achieve seed to soil contact, ensure moisture retention, and protect seeds from the elements. The seed application rate is doubled for dense coverage and germination significantly increases. We use Greenwise sustainable grass seed, enhanced with mycorrhizae. Mycorrhizae are beneficial fungi that strengthen and build turf health. Once applied, the mycorrhizae enhanced seed improves the overall condition of your existing turf. Greenwise sustainable seed thrives in both sun and shade, has exceptional color, fine texture, requires far less water, is disease resistant, and tolerates heavy traffic.

Soil Regenerator (Anytime, ASAP)
Greenwise customized a balance of nutrients, minerals, and microbes specifically designed to bio-remediate and balance the depleted soils. This soil stabilizer biodegrades chemical residues, increases fertility, reduces compaction, sequester salts, and improves water holding capacity to build a healthy platform for turf to thrive. Once soil is stable and fertile weed pressure is significantly reduced. Weeds thrive in depleted soil environments. Weeds are the first tool nature uses to rehabilitate poor soils. Each weed has its purpose from breaking up compaction to fixing nitrogen. Greenwise soil stabilizer does their job for them and takes away their ecological purpose. We offer three application rates (rehab, rebuild, and sustain) to address varying levels of degradation.

Seed Compost (with seeding)
We highly recommend using high quality leaf compost when spot-seeding bare areas. This helps stabilize and seed and provides essential nutrients for optimal germination.
